those of you who have been following Becky’s journey through the past 12 weeks will have seen what amazing changes she’s achieved.

All through our Transform90 program – online.

Becky lives 65 miles away from me and applies the nutrition and training advice we’ve provided.

I’m extremely proud of this transformation to be quite honest.

Becky has 3 kids, ranging from 2 1/2 to 17 years old.

She’s not got it easy.

She has stress.

However she’s followed everything to the letter.

Backed off

She felt like crap for a few days last week, so I told her to take some time off training and increase her calories.

She did that.

She felt a lot better and a lot more motivated to carry on.

Bikini

Becky chose doing this transformation as a personal goal for herself and asked me to help her.

I of course said yes.

She did this just for something to focus on, not to win prizes or show anything off.

She purely wanted to see if she could do it.

She has done it and smashed it.

Super proud of this 12 week transformation!

OK so Friday and Saturday I spent my time in Kent after entering a bikini comp 8wks ago.

My dear friend Meg convinced me into doing it with her.

I have spent 8wks training with Dan Mitchell and thanks to him and his extent knowledge he got me where I was, feeling confident in a bikini (never thought I’d say that).

I was totally out of my comfort zone and at times yesterday thought I couldn’t do it.

But I did.

I didn’t place but I’m totally happy with that because the ladies who did totally deserved to get their place.

I had my own little journey and I’m so proud of myself for doing it.

Thank you to everyone that has been there and supported me and especially to Steve for putting up with my mood swings when I have wanted to eat ALL the food ?.
