Well to date, approximately 4 weeks after we started, Stuart has dropped 17lbs in total. An amazing start to his new lifestyle. I am regularly receiving updates and pictures of what and when he is eating, training on his own etc.

His training is becoming harder every time I see him, throwing things about, squatting, press ups, lifting his own body weight in many different ways and means, all in the comfort of wet fields in Eastleigh! He is loving it though, I promise!

Unfortunately, our man Stu likes a bit of Jiu Jitsu, and the daft sod has hurt his shoulder. So training is very limited this week to what he can and can’t do in terms of his mobility, however he is training on his own with long walks and will be back with me next week.

I am struggling to find time this week as I am starting my new job in Portsmouth this week. I will be learning to use TRX and Kettlebells, also I will be qualifying as a spin instructor, so watch this space.

Other news.

We are recruiting trainers left right and centre for our Essential Fitness Camp company. We currently have around 15 camps, 1 in Southampton and 1 in Eastleigh too, but this is to expand across the UK to around 25 within the coming months.

Most importantly, we also have a great time in the sessions. It really is awesome, I love to get stuck in with the fit campers to give them and myself a huge extra challenge. Last night for example, I decided to get an extremely fit camper to compete against me. I was dead after!

The beauty of our camps is that any person, shape, size, gender and age is able to get involved and they get results. Just ask one of our current campers!
